Dansk købenstyle casserole dish in chili red, in a rare 8 quart size. made from enameled steel and features a lid that doubles as a trivet for easy kitchen-to-table use. a few minor flea bites along the rim, interior is immaculate. overall excellent vintage condition.

a study of function and form, the Dansk Købenstyle Casserole Dish was designed by Jens Quistgaard in 1956 and quickly became an international icon.
